In other countries, the use of Litigation Funding is common and well established; Lexcapital was established by a group of entrepreneurs and professionals operating in the financial and legal sector after assessing its value for Italian companies.
Its objective is to quickly become a reference point in Italy,thanks to its LLA proprietary technology platform, LLA which sensibly accelerates and streamlines the case assessment and selection process, and to the company’s ability to rely on a network of Legal Professionals and Technical Consultants who specialise in the individual areas of legal practice.
Lexcapital expands the chances of smaller, less structured enterprises to access justice. We are structured as a Benefit Corporationand since launch we have adopted a Code of Ethics and Self Regulation, that is in line with the best international practices in the sector.
