To incorporate a broader purpose into its goals, in line with the most advanced business models, LexCapital has also held the status of a Benefit Corporation (Società Benefit) since its inception.

OUR MISSION
Experts in Litigation Risk
To adapt the Anglo-Saxon Litigation Funding model (which focuses on a few high-value disputes within an expensive and relatively efficient judicial system) to the Italian market (focusing on numerous small-to-medium-value disputes within an inexpensive and moderately complex judicial system), through the use of technological tools from the Predictive Justice segment, for the proactive Management of Litigation Risk.

The goal is to rapidly become the reference operator in Italy, thanks in part to the proprietary technological platform RischioLegale, which accelerates and streamlines the selection and evaluation process of cases to be acquired. Additionally, it leverages a continuously growing network of lawyers and technical consultants who are highly specialized in specific litigation areas.
