LexCapital is a Benefit Corporation set up on the initiative of a group of entrepreneurs and professionals working in the financial and legal fields in response to the growing demand for support in litigation by companies and professionals.
Thanks to its capital strength and technical expertise, it can provide financial and legal support to its Italian and foreign clients.
Our Mission
To adapt the Anglo-Saxon model of Litigation Funding (focus on a small number of disputes of significant value, in an expensive and relatively efficient judicial system) to the Italian market (focus on numerous disputes of medium-small value, in an inexpensive and moderately inefficient judicial system), through the use of technological tools from the Predictive Justice sector.
Our Vision
Our goal is to quickly become a leading light in this sector in Italy,thanks to our technological platform LLA, which accelerates and streamlines the case assessment and selection process, and to our trusted network of Legal Professionals and Technical Consultants who specialise in the individual areas of legal practice.
We have chosen to operate as a Benefit Corporation and at the outset we adopted a Code of Ethics and Self Regulation that is in line with the best international practices in the sector.
