LexCapital selects, assesses, and acquires the Chose in Action (Res Litigiosa) from the right holders (private individuals, companies, associations, public entities), ensuring swift and effective management of the same thanks to its proprietary technology: LexCapital Litigation Assessment (LLA).

LexCapital bears all the legal costs and those relating to expert witness reports, even in the event of losing the lawsuit (including in foreign courts), and is paid a pre-agreed share of the financial benefit obtained by the assignor only in the event of a successful outcome. Nothing is due to LexCapital in the event of an unsuccessful outcome of the lawsuit.

Shortly thereafter (max. 72 hours), we will contact you for a quick review of the information needed to better assess your case.

Discuss it with us

We will contact you again to discuss the information and documentation in more detail, and in order to quickly formulate or contract proposal.

Receive a proposal from LexCapital

Once our  team  of professionals has examined your case, LexCapital will formulate a proposal to acquire the chose in action.

Purchase of the Chose of Action

If you are happy with the proposal, we will conclude the agreement to assign the chose in action. LexCapital bear all legal and technical costs, also assuming any costs of losing the case in court, which you will not be required to reimburse.
In the event of a successful outcome, LexCapital will be entitled to a pre-agreed share of the financial benefit obtained by the assignor.
