This involves an entity, typically a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) or a Fund, that approaches the holder of a litigation right to support them in protecting their rights by bearing all expenses, including those due in the event of an unsuccessful outcome, or by making a purchase proposal.\nThis is also evident from the latest Global Antitrust Enforcement Report by Allen &amp; Overy, which specifically records an increase in private enforcement actions within our territory.
